Ticket Policies

All ticket sales for WDIHC 2025 events are final. No refunds will be provided except in case of event cancellation. Tickets are not transferable without prior written permission from WDIHC 2025 organizers.

WDIHC 2025 reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from an event for any reason, including disruptive behavior, violation of venue rules, or possession of prohibited items.
