Team Canada secured the bronze medal at the 2025 World Deaf Ice Hockey Championships with a decisive 8–3 win over Czechia at Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre.
Massimo Luciani got Canada on the board early, scoring just 76 seconds into the game off assists from Jack DesRoches and Ryan Chramtchenko. Canada held a 1–0 lead through the first period.
In the second, Matthew Sheffield and Sean Kyte added goals, extending the lead to 3–0.

Czechia closed the gap early in the third with a goal from Michal Stojka, assisted by Jan Psota and Jakub Stajer, but Canada responded with a five-goal outburst.

- Nathan Flodell, Andrew Hughes, and Ryan Chramtchenko added goals to put the game out of reach
Czechia answered with two late goals from Anagnostis Spatharis and David Hurny, but Canada controlled the result from start to finish.
Goaltender Brent Walters, who had started every game of the tournament, made 24 saves before being substituted late. With about three minutes remaining, Michael Hildahl entered the game and faced four shots, stopping them all to close out Canada's bronze medal win.
